NCIAIA BASIC INVESTIGATOR COURSE IS FULL – NO FURTHER APPLICATIONS

 

The North Carolina Internal Affairs Investigators Association is pleased to announce the 2021 Internal Affairs Investigators Basic School.  The school will take place at 41 Cabarrus Avenue W., Concord, NC 28025, Concord Police Department from Monday October 25, 2021, to Friday October 29, 2021.

An agenda is forthcoming, that will layout all courses and instructors scheduled for this event.  Topics will include IA Case Management, Personnel Law, Brady, Giglio, and Garrity, Nonverbal Behaviors, and Advanced Interview Techniques.

There are numerous hotels in the Concord area.  Please feel free to choose.

Reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn will only be available at the reduced rate through October 10.

Registration for the school will be $175 per attendee for all member agencies and $225 for non-member agencies.  Check-in for the class will start at 7:30 am on Monday, October 25th, and the training will begin at 8:15 am.  Agency membership is $50.00 annually.  If interested, please complete the pre-registration form and you can either make your payments online at our website www.nciaia.org or make checks payable to NCIAIA and mail to the following address:
